Major milestone in renewable energy growth strategy with 100 MWp photovoltaic pipeline in Italy
Expansion of renewable energy in Italy: three new photovoltaic projects launch
psaier.energies has announced a significant step forward in its growth strategy within the renewable energy sector.
Recently, the company has signed a strategic agreement with DCH Solargiga to develop photovoltaic solar parks across Italy over the coming years. The total planned capacity is about 100 MWp.
The first milestone has been the signing of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts for 3 photovoltaic projects developed by DCH Energy. Muzzana Agricolo, Muzzana Industriale, and Villa Vicentina are located in northeastern Italy and scheduled to be fully operational by the end of 2026. Ferracin srl will be responsible for delivering the grid connection works.
With the execution of these initial EPC contracts, the construction phase of the first 10 MWp is officially underway.
Over the next 20 years, the solar plants will produce enough clean energy to supply approximately 5,000 households each year. The installations will prevent around 4,600 tons of CO₂ emissions annually. An average tree absorbs about 22 kg of CO₂ per year. Based on this figure, the environmental benefit of the solar plants equals a forest of more than 200,000 trees.
Through projects such as these, psaier.energies strengthens its commitment to renewable energy development. The company continues to expand renewable energy infrastructure across Italy and Europe. Through these efforts, psaier.energies actively supports the energy transition in both markets.

AI-Powered Energy Monitoring: Higher Data Quality and Reliability for Renewable Energy Systems
AI-Powered Energy Monitoring: Improving Data Quality and Reliability in Renewable Energy
A joint project between tecno.energy and the Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) enhances the reliability and quality of renewable energy monitoring data. This happens by applying artificial intelligence to energy systems.
Developed within the Digitalization and Innovation of Public Services initiative, the project addresses a key challenge in energy monitoring. Interruptions in data flows that can lead to gaps in real-time analytics, operational decisions, and system efficiency.
tecno.energy, part of the psaier.energies ecosystem, brings expertise in renewable energy plants, monitoring systems, and integrated dataloggers. In collaboration with FBK’s Data and Knowledge Management unit, the project focuses on two main AI-driven solutions:
✅Intelligent classification of hardware and software anomalies
✅Predictive estimation of missing energy data using advanced analytics
These solutions improve data continuity, reduce manual intervention, and increase operational efficiency, enabling more reliable monitoring of renewable energy systems.
The tecno.energy project team contributed to software development, datalogger integration, operational analysis, identification of critical issues, and overall project coordination. For psaier.energies it represents an important step in the evolution of digital energy management and smart metering.
A key role was played by FBK’s Data and Knowledge Management research unit, which successfully translated real-world operational requirements into a structured framework for analysis and experimentation. For the Fondazione Bruno Kessler the project is a concrete application of AI for energy monitoring.

Completed in early 2026 and supported by the European Commission’s Seal of Excellence, the initiative demonstrates how AI can significantly enhance the quality, reliability, and efficiency of renewable energy monitoring systems.

Tecno.energy maintains ESCo Certification – Continuing Excellence in Energy Efficiency
Certified. Confirmed. Proven – since 2019.
Tecno.energy Ltd, part of the psaier.energies Group, operates in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors. The company helps businesses and investors reduce energy costs and consumption with efficient, tailor-made solutions.
Also in 2026 the company successfully passed the ESCo audit according to UNI CEI 11352:2014. As a matter of fact the certification has been maintaned without interruption since 2019. This achievement further strengthens Tecno.energy’s position as a trusted partner for energy efficiency projects.
The Energy Management Services certification is a recognized standard for companies providing energy services. Certainly it demonstrates technical, organizational, and financial capabilities. Design, implementation, and management of tailored energy efficiency projects. All with the inention of reducing consumption and optimizing the performance of buildings and systems.
Maintaining this certification creates significant value. It authorized Tecno.energy to enter into Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and deliver results-based energy efficiency solutions. This model allows investments to be funded through the savings generated, making innovative and sustainable solutions more accessible.
For clients, the ESCo certification is a guarantee of reliability and security. In addition it confirms the technical expertise as well as financial stability, and commitment to continuous improvement. All together key factors for the successful delivery of energy efficiency projects.
Since 2019, Tecno.energy has maintained its certification without interruption. This reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to quality, transparency, and innovation in renewable energy and energy efficiency. It also supports the energy transition and environmental sustainability.

PPA with Selective Delivery Period Exclusion
Innovative PPA structure strengthens solar projects in Italy and supports sustainable power supply for energy-intensive industries.
Energy Market Innovation: Flexible Solar PPA in Italy
A newly structured Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) sets new standards in the renewable energy market. Psaier.energies and IMER Group have entered into a 60-month solar power purchase agreement. The electricity will be supplied by photovoltaic plants in Italy. IMER Group is a leading European manufacturer of construction machinery with over 60 years of experience.
Tailor-Made Energy Solution
At the core of the agreement is an innovative Power Purchase Agreement. The model allows the selective exclusion of a period with historically low energy consumption.
Within the solar PPA market in Italy, excluding specific delivery periods is highly uncommon. This contractual innovation provides:
✅ Predictable and stable electricity prices
✅ Protection against volatile energy markets
✅ Alignment with real industrial consumption profiles
✅ Maximum efficiency in long-term energy contracts
The electricity supply is sourced entirely from certified renewable energy. The solar photovoltaic plant in Muzzana (UD), has an installed capacity of 4.3 MW and an annual energy production of 6,000 MWh.
The photovoltaic portfolio of psaier.energies enables fixed-price delivery to start immediately. It demonstrates strong operational capacity and secured renewable energy assets.
The project aligns with the growing number of approved photovoltaic (PV) plants in Italy. It also reflects the rising demand for green electricity and long-term renewable energy contracts (PPAs).
Sustainable Industrial Partnership for the Future
Beyond economic planning security, environmental responsibility is a key focus. Supplying 100% solar power from photovoltaic systems reduces CO₂ emissions and actively supports the energy transition.
For psaier.energies, responsible action means transparent energy contracts. It ensures stable energy costs and a secure renewable energy supply. The company also focuses on sustainable investment in photovoltaic (PV) capacity in Italy. This includes the development of megawatt-scale solar (MW) projects.
